Bookings
A booking is confirmed once payment (full or advance) is received and you receive a confirmation on WhatsApp and email.
Setup window
The decorator arrives and completes the setup within the 2-hour slot you choose. Delays caused by venue access are not counted against the slot.
Balance payment
If you paid an advance, the balance is due when the setup is complete, before the decorator leaves.
