Same-day decoration in Pune: what is actually possible today
Updated 12 October 2026 · Pune
Same-day decoration in Pune is possible when you book at least three hours before the slot starts. Standard balloon setups from ₹1,399 go up the same evening. Fresh-flower panels, custom name foils and anything built on a frame need a day's notice. There is no extra charge for a same-day booking.
The cut-off that decides everything
Book at least three hours before your slot begins. That window is not padding — it is the time it takes to pull the balloons and props for your setup, inflate what has to be inflated at the hub, and get a decorator across Pune in traffic. Inside three hours we will usually tell you the next slot instead of promising one we would miss.
The last slot of the day ends at 10 pm, so the practical deadline for a setup tonight is a booking placed by about 5 pm. A surprise timed for after dinner is the easiest same-day request there is.
What goes up the same day
- Balloon walls, arches and ceiling work — the whole balloon range, from ₹1,399 to ₹27,999, is same-day.
- Frill and ring backdrops with a standard foil age number, 0 to 9.
- Room setups with LED letters, candles and a floor balloon path.
- Car boot and bonnet setups, which take the least time of anything we do.
- Balloon bouquets, from ₹1,599, as a stand-alone gift.
What needs a day, and why
- Fresh flowers. Flower panels and petal work are bought at the market that morning; there is no stock sitting at the hub to pull from.
- Custom-cut names and anything with more than one word in foil — the letters are cut to order.
- Stage and canopy work that is built on a frame, which needs two decorators scheduled against the same slot.
- Printed backdrops, photo collages and anything with a picture on it.

Live from our catalogue — the same prices whether you book three weeks out or three hours out.
There is no rush fee, no surge and no minimum order on a same-day booking. The price on the setup page is the price, and it already covers materials, travel anywhere inside 30 km of Pune, and the decorator's work.
How to make a same-day booking go smoothly
- Pick a setup that is already listed rather than describing a new one — a listed setup is a known pack of materials, which is what makes three hours enough.
- Send the flat number, the society name and a landmark in the booking note. Most Pune societies want a gate pass, and clearing security is the single thing most likely to eat the slot.
- Have the wall clear. Move the sofa and take down the photo frames before the decorator arrives; it buys you ten minutes of actual decorating.
- Answer the confirmation call. Same-day bookings are confirmed by phone, and an unanswered call is the usual reason a slot is lost.
Step by step
-
1. Pick a listed setup
Choose from the setups already in the catalogue rather than describing a custom one — listed setups are pre-packed, which is what makes a three-hour turnaround possible.
-
2. Book a slot at least three hours away
Choose the earliest 2-hour slot that starts more than three hours from now. The last slot of the day ends at 10 pm.
-
3. Add your society and flat number
Put the society name, flat number and a nearby landmark in the booking note so the decorator clears gate security without calling you down.
-
4. Take the confirmation call
We call to confirm the slot and the address. There is no online payment — you pay by cash, UPI or bank transfer once the setup is done.
