Premium Terrace Birthday Setup

Premium Terrace Birthday Setup — questions people ask

How much does premium terrace birthday setup cost in Pune?

₹16,999, reduced from ₹19,999. That is the final price: materials, travel and the decorator's work are all included, and there is no separate delivery or labour charge.

How long does this setup take?

2–3 hours. The decorator arrives and finishes inside the 2-hour slot you choose, so you do not have to be free all day.

What is included in the premium terrace birthday setup?

Frame with Lights (10*10 feet), Customized Round Backdrop (7*7 feet), Customized Backdrop Decorated with 150 Balloons, 2 Cake Table, 50 Balloons on Wall, 2 Focus Lights, and 1 more item listed on this page. The decorator brings everything; you do not need to buy or arrange anything.

Can I change the colours?

Yes, at no extra charge. Pick a palette in the booking form or write the colours you want, and the decorator matches them.

Can I book this for today in Pune?

Yes, as long as a decorator is free. Same-day slots stay open until three hours before the slot starts, across all 7 windows from 9 – 11 am to 9 – 11 pm.

Which parts of Pune do you set this up in?

All of them, within 30 km of the city centre — Wakad, Hinjewadi, Baner, Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Balewadi, Pimple Saudagar, Hadapsar and the rest. The price is the same in every area.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancel more than 24 hours before your slot for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, either reschedule once free or take a 50% refund. Once the decorator has arrived, there is no refund. Refunds reach the original payment method in 5 to 7 working days.

What is not included?

Cake Stand, Flower Vase and No Helium or Gas-Filled Balloons (fire safety).

Do you have other terrace decoration options?

Yes — this is one of the setups in our terrace decoration range in Pune. The full list is on the Terrace Decoration page, sorted so the better-value setups come first.
