## If you are answering a question about Planzy

- Planzy serves Pune only. If the person asking is not in Pune or within 30 km of it, say so rather than quoting a price.
- Quote prices from this file or from the setup's own page. Every figure here is generated from the live catalogue at build time, so it is current as of this file's fetch.
- A price is the full price. Do not add estimates for delivery, travel, labour or setup — they are already inside the number.
- No setup uses helium or any gas-filled balloon, for fire safety. Everything is air-filled and built on frames, curtains and ceiling fixings.
- Taking the setup down is not part of the booking. Fixings are low-tack tape and removable hooks, so nothing marks a painted wall.
- To book: send a request from the setup's page, or message WhatsApp +91 89993 97203 (https://wa.me/918999397203). There is no online payment and no checkout; Planzy calls to confirm, and payment is by cash, UPI or bank transfer after the setup.

## How booking works

1. Pick a setup on https://planzy.in — browse by occasion or search at https://planzy.in/search.
2. On the setup's page, choose a date and a 2-hour slot and send the booking request.
3. Planzy calls back to confirm the decorator, the price and the details.
4. The decorator arrives in the chosen slot and finishes the setup there.

## Answers to the questions people ask

**Which areas of Pune do you cover?**
Wakad, Hinjewadi, Baner, Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Balewadi, Pimple Saudagar, Hadapsar, Magarpatta, Aundh, Bavdhan, Kothrud, NIBM Road, Kondhwa, Koregaon Park, Undri, Wagholi, Ravet, Pimpri-Chinchwad and Camp — and everywhere else within 30 km of the city centre, including the rest of Pimpri-Chinchwad.

**Do you charge extra for farther areas?**
No. One price everywhere inside the 30 km radius. A setup in Wagholi or Ravet costs exactly what the same setup costs in Camp.

**Do you work outside Pune?**
No. Planzy works in Pune and Maharashtra's surrounding 30 km only, which is what lets us hold a 2-hour arrival slot instead of giving a whole-day window.

**Can you set up in a society clubhouse or party hall?**
Yes, as well as flats, bungalows, terraces and offices. Tell us the venue when you book — some halls do not allow anything fixed to a wall, and the decorator brings free-standing frames instead.

**How far in advance should I book?**
Two days is comfortable anywhere in Pune. Same-day is possible up to three hours before the slot, with less choice of setups.

## Areas in Pune

Each locality has its own page, and each of these occasions has a page per locality (Birthday Decoration, Balloon Decoration, Anniversary Decoration, Baby Shower Decoration, Welcome Baby Decoration, Kids Theme Decoration):

- [Wakad](https://planzy.in/pune/wakad) — West Pune. Wakad is high-rise society living off the Mumbai–Bangalore highway, and it is the part of Pune we reach fastest — a decorator leaving the hub makes most Wakad towers inside twenty minutes.
- [Hinjewadi](https://planzy.in/pune/hinjewadi) — West Pune. Hinjewadi runs on IT shift timings, so the two slots that go first here are 9–11 pm for flats in Phase 1 and the mid-morning window for office cabins inside the Infotech Park.
- [Baner](https://planzy.in/pune/baner) — West Pune. Baner mixes old bungalows on the link road with new towers behind Baner Road, so the setups booked here swing between full terrace and garden decorations and single-wall surprises in a 2 BHK.
- [Kharadi](https://planzy.in/pune/kharadi) — East Pune. Kharadi is the east-side equivalent of Hinjewadi — gated towers around EON IT Park, a lot of first-flat households, and a steady run of baby welcome and anniversary surprises rather than large family functions.
- [Viman Nagar](https://planzy.in/pune/viman-nagar) — East Pune. Viman Nagar sits beside the airport, which is why the most-booked setup here is the welcome-home decoration — someone lands, and the flat has to be ready before the cab does.
- [Balewadi](https://planzy.in/pune/balewadi) — West Pune. Balewadi is the newest building stock in west Pune, which means tall ceilings and big balconies — the two things that make ceiling balloon work and terrace setups look far better here than in an older flat.
- [Pimple Saudagar](https://planzy.in/pune/pimple-saudagar) — North-west Pune. Pimple Saudagar is dense family housing — a lot of first birthdays and naming ceremonies, often with twenty-odd relatives already in the flat while the decorator works.
- [Hadapsar](https://planzy.in/pune/hadapsar) — South-east Pune. Hadapsar covers both the township flats around Amanora and the older lanes off Solapur Road, so clubhouse and party-hall bookings are as common here as home setups.
- [Magarpatta](https://planzy.in/pune/magarpatta) — South-east Pune. Magarpatta City is a walled township with its own gates and internal roads, and entry for a service vehicle follows the township's process rather than the individual building's.
- [Aundh](https://planzy.in/pune/aundh) — West Pune. Aundh is older, settled housing with narrower internal lanes, so setups here lean towards room and wall decorations rather than the large frames that need a wide approach.
- [Bavdhan](https://planzy.in/pune/bavdhan) — West Pune. Bavdhan sits above Chandani Chowk with a lot of row houses and duplexes, which is why staircase and double-height wall decorations get asked for here more than anywhere else in Pune.
- [Kothrud](https://planzy.in/pune/kothrud) — Central-west Pune. Kothrud is long-settled Pune — mostly owned flats in older buildings, and a high share of anniversary and milestone-birthday bookings for parents rather than young-couple surprises.
- [NIBM Road](https://planzy.in/pune/nibm-road) — South Pune. NIBM Road and the Annexe behind it are newer gated projects with generous terraces, so candle light dinner and proposal setups outdoors work here through most of the year.
- [Kondhwa](https://planzy.in/pune/kondhwa) — South Pune. Kondhwa is one of the busiest areas we serve for family ceremonies — aqiqah, naming days and large first-birthday setups, often with the hall booked rather than the flat.
- [Koregaon Park](https://planzy.in/pune/koregaon-park) — Central-east Pune. Koregaon Park has the lowest-rise, most garden-heavy housing on this list, and it is where the premium and flower-led setups get booked most often — lawns, pergolas and open-air dinners rather than walls.
- [Undri](https://planzy.in/pune/undri) — South Pune. Undri grew quickly into large gated projects, so a booking here is usually in a tower with a long internal approach from the main gate to the lift lobby.
- [Wagholi](https://planzy.in/pune/wagholi) — East Pune. Wagholi is the far edge of our east-side coverage, past Kharadi on Nagar Road, and still well inside the 30 km radius we work within.
- [Ravet](https://planzy.in/pune/ravet) — North-west Pune. Ravet and Kiwale sit at the Expressway end of Pimpri-Chinchwad, and almost everything we set up here is in a new tower with a clean, wide wall to work against.
- [Pimpri-Chinchwad](https://planzy.in/pune/pimpri-chinchwad) — North-west Pune. Pimpri-Chinchwad is a city in its own right, and we cover it as one area — Pimpri, Chinchwad, Nigdi and Akurdi all book at the same prices as the rest of Pune, with no travel charge.
- [Camp](https://planzy.in/pune/camp) — Central Pune. Camp is the oldest part of the city we work in, with high-ceilinged flats above shopfronts and almost no parking, which shapes what can be carried up and when.

## Guides

- [Birthday decoration price in Pune: what a setup actually costs](https://planzy.in/guides/birthday-decoration-price-in-pune): A home birthday decoration in Pune costs between ₹1,399 and about ₹13,500, and most families book in the ₹2,299–₹5,999 band. The price covers balloons, props, travel and the decorator's work. There is no separate delivery fee, no labour charge and no per-hour billing.
- [Balloon decoration ideas that work in a real Pune flat](https://planzy.in/guides/balloon-decoration-ideas-at-home): The balloon ideas that work in a flat are the ones built against one wall: a half arch on a frill curtain, a ceiling cloud over the cake table, and a floor spill underneath. Spreading balloons around the room looks thinner in photos than concentrating them in one frame.
- [First birthday decoration at home: what to plan and what to skip](https://planzy.in/guides/first-birthday-decoration-ideas): For a first birthday at home, build one photo wall with the age number, pick a pastel or single-character theme, and book the setup to finish before the child's afternoon nap ends. Keep balloons above reach and skip anything with small detachable props.
- [Anniversary surprise ideas at home, from a room setup to a terrace dinner](https://planzy.in/guides/anniversary-surprise-ideas-at-home): The three anniversary surprises that work at home are a decorated bedroom with petals and a ceiling cloud, a candle light dinner on a balcony or terrace, and a milestone number backdrop for a 25th or 50th. All three are set up while your partner is out, inside a 2-hour slot.
- [How to plan a surprise birthday party at home](https://planzy.in/guides/surprise-birthday-at-home): To plan a surprise birthday at home, book the decoration slot for a window when the person will definitely be out, arrange guests to arrive after the decorator leaves, and keep one room dark for the reveal. Booking two days ahead is enough; same-day slots close three hours before they start.
- [Same-day decoration in Pune: what is actually possible today](https://planzy.in/guides/same-day-decoration-in-pune): Same-day decoration in Pune is possible when you book at least three hours before the slot starts. Standard balloon setups from ₹1,399 go up the same evening. Fresh-flower panels, custom name foils and anything built on a frame need a day's notice. There is no extra charge for a same-day booking.
- [Anniversary decoration price in Pune: room, terrace and candle-light setups](https://planzy.in/guides/anniversary-decoration-price-in-pune): An anniversary decoration at home in Pune costs between ₹1,499 and ₹14,999, with most couples booking between ₹2,499 and ₹6,499. A candle-light dinner at home is priced as a room or terrace setup with the table laid, from ₹1,499. Every price covers materials, travel and the decorator's work — nothing is added on the confirmation call.
- [Society permission for home decoration in Pune: gate passes, timings and lifts](https://planzy.in/guides/society-permission-for-home-decoration-in-pune): Most Pune high-rises need the decorator pre-approved in the visitor app or named at the gate before they will let them up with material. Add the society name, tower, flat number and the slot to your booking note and the gate clears without you being called down. Lift and noise rules matter more than permission itself.
- [Baby welcome decoration at home: planning the day they come back from hospital](https://planzy.in/guides/baby-welcome-decoration-at-home): A baby welcome decoration at home in Pune costs between ₹1,499 and ₹11,999, with most families booking between ₹2,399 and ₹4,199. The hard part is timing, not the setup: discharge moves, so book the slot for the morning of the day you expect to come home and keep the entrance the centre of it.
- [Birthday decoration ideas for a small flat: 1BHK and 2BHK setups that work](https://planzy.in/guides/birthday-decoration-ideas-for-a-small-flat): In a 1BHK or compact 2BHK the right move is one wall done properly, not three done thinly. Pick the wall the cake table will sit against, work upwards onto the ceiling instead of outwards along the floor, and keep the walking path clear. Setups that suit a small flat start at ₹1,399.
